About the Event
It seems that many women are struggling with something health related these days. It may not be a disease or anything seemingly huge, but there seems to be more food allergies, less sleep, and a whole lot of questions. Many women are just trying to be the healthiest they can be but don't know who to turn to for advice. Join us for our first Holistic Health Rally for Women on Tuesday, May 6th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the church. We will focus on self-care, holistic wellbeing, what is working for our overall health, what is not working, and what challenges exist in women's health today. We hope to develop this into an ongoing series so come with questions, concerns, suggestions, and solutions. Dinner will be BYOD (Bring your Own Dinner).
A follow up date is scheduled for Saturday, May 17th at 9am.
